Administrative Office Assistant
Management office located on west side of Jefferson City is currently seeking a full-time administrative office assistant. Candidate will be assisting the Human Resource department with various tasks as well as assisting the Accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Other duties candidate will assist with include but are not limited to filing, scanning/uploading documents, answering phones and directing calls as needed or answering questions, opening and sorting mail, running various reports, data entry and other duties as needed. Ideal candidates should be dependable, courteous, professional, exhibit a positive attitude, be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills. Candidate should possess general knowledge of office procedures, equipment and software including Word and Excel and have the ability to learn other computer programs as needed. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of Associates Degree and/or office experience is preferred. This position offers a competitive benefit program and 401K option.
