Food/Beverage Dir
Hot Springs Country Club is Seeking a Food & Beverage Director
Minimum 2 yr experience in food & beverage management in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Director
• Recruitment, training and management of the food and beverage team to ensure excellent
service delivery to guests
• Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, assist in hiring new
staff, scheduling staff and evaluate employee performance.
• Manage inventory levels and control costs to achieve profitability goals
• Assist in the creation of menus and beverage lists that meet the needs of our diverse clientele
• Build and maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure high-quality food and beverage
products are procured
• Oversees multiple events that coincide and/or lap over each other on timeline to ensure proper
and effective flow of service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of events and activities
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Properly follows through with initiatives set forth by the General Manager.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Uphold the standards and expectations of food quality and production.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management in a similar role
• Ability to lead and manage a team of employees to deliver exceptional service to guests
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and ability to ensure compliance
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests,
team members and vendors
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed
