Customer Service Operator
Under the Supervision of the General Manager and Call Center Supervisor, CSO's will perform the following duties as a Customer Service Operator. A Customer Service Operator is responsible for managing inbound phone calls from store retailers, effectively troubleshoot equipment and related issues or problems in response to inbound calls from retailers, dispatch technicians as appropriate for on-site repairs, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, be competent in word processing, filing, and faxing, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, conduct internet research, learn the E-Procurement system, track purchase orders as needed, gather quotes from vendors. Candidates must have high school diploma or equivalent training and experience, must have at least (1) one-year previous call center experience, and call tracking system experience preferred but not required. Candidate must type at least 35+ words per minute, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to learn troubleshooting software and hardware applications applied to the Call Center.
